How do I find my perfect size? +
We want you to look and feel your best! You will find a detailed, standard size chart on every single product page. Simply click the "Size Guide" link next to the size options to find your perfect measurements.
What should I do if I am between sizes? +
If your measurements fall between two sizes on our chart, we highly recommend selecting one size upper (the larger size) for the most comfortable and flattering fit.
How should I wash and care for my RAY LIGHT clothing? +
To keep your casual and ethnic wear looking brand new, please follow these simple care instructions:

Do you offer custom tailoring, alterations, or bulk wedding orders? +
Currently, our collections are ready-to-wear, so we do not offer custom tailoring or alterations. We also do not accept bulk orders for weddings or festive events at this time.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? +
Yes, absolutely! You can cancel or modify your order (such as changing a size or updating your shipping address) as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Since we process orders within 24-48 hours, please reach out to our support team immediately on WhatsApp or via email with your Order ID so we can catch it in time!
How do I know my order is confirmed? +
Once your payment is successful (or your COD order is placed), you will receive an instant confirmation email and SMS with your Order ID and details.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? +
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over ₹599! For orders under ₹599, a flat delivery fee of just ₹99 applies at checkout.
When will I receive my order? +
We pack and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

How can I track my package? +
As soon as your order leaves our Gurugram warehouse, we will send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to follow your package right to your doorstep!
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy? +
We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If the size doesn't fit or you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange the unworn, unwashed item (with original tags attached) within 7 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? +
Not at all! We offer Free Reverse Pickup. Our courier partner will collect the item directly from your address at no extra cost to you.
How will I get my refund for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order? +
Once your returned item passes our quality check (usually within 3-5 business days of reaching us), we will contact you to request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund amount will be transferred directly to your account. (Note: Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source).

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹10,000, and we do not charge any hidden or extra COD convenience fees.
Are my online payments secure? +
100% secure. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a highly trusted payment gateway. We utilize 128-bit SSL encryption and are fully PCI DSS compliant to ensure your payment data is always safe. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets.
